The mission of Life Cycles Center is to provide educational events, classes, workshops and publications on the natural cycles of life that focus primarily on women and children.

Life Cycles Center began in 1999 when Eileen Stewart, CNM and her sister Rae Frank ran a workshop for girls’ ages 11-16 called “Girl Talk”. The workshop was so successful that in October 2002, Life Cycles Center became a 501(c)(3) and began offering its workshops to women also.

To date Life Cycles Center continues to expand its offering of educational programs and sponsor events dedicated to promoting the education of women and children on the natural cycles of life.
